Ansley is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and high achievers experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, social anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. She enjoys helping clients navigate relationships, identity development, and major life transitions from college to early adulthood.

Ansley takes a relational, trauma-informed approach to therapy, helping clients build emotional insight, confidence, and resilience while gaining practical tools to manage anxiety, strengthen relationships, and feel more secure in themselves. She works closely with children and teens navigating big emotions, anger, peer challenges, and the effects of trauma. With a background in school counseling, she brings a deep understanding of school systems and the academic, social, and emotional pressures students and families face, allowing her to effectively partner with parents around school-related concerns, advocacy, and strengthening family connection.

Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Ansley blends evidence-based and strengths-focused care with play-based and expressive arts therapy, creating engaging, age-appropriate spaces where children and adolescents can explore their feelings, share their stories, and grow. When appropriate, she welcomes the integration of faith and spirituality into the counseling process, honoring the role of personal values in healing and growth.

When not at the office, Ansley enjoy spending time outdoors, reading a good book, and gathering with friends and family.

A note from Ansley —

Pursuing counseling (especially for the first time) can feel intimidating. My hope is to offer a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward the abundant life that is available to you.
