• The candidate is passionate about growing his/her professional identity as a private practice provider, including building skills in marketing, networking, administration, leadership, and advocacy in addition to clinical counseling skills.

• He/she needs to have the ability to understand the ATLWell way and culture.

• Candidates must be local to Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding (Acworth/Marietta), or North Fulton (Roswell) counties, as we place a high value on engagement with our team and local community.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our Clinical Internship Program is highly competitive for (going on) the 5th year in a row! For clinical interns and students, we provide a full experience of private practice, including:

• Professional group consultation with multi-disciplinary team, including 6 team clinical supervisors

• Weekly individual or dyadic clinical supervision

• Marketing and referral support - we are proud to share that 100% of our past and current interns have achieved their hours requirements

• Personal and professional development opportunities, including opportunities for group counseling work, speaking, and workshops

• Guidance to develop your niche, specialization, and theoretical orientation

• A modern, collaborative private practice environment that focuses on holistic client care

• Access to online client scheduling, record keeping, and email

• and everything needed to start, build, and grow in private practice - our interns graduate with a comprehensive, invaluable year of training, mentorship, and experience as private practice professionals (and often a full-time caseload!).
