Help! What Books Do You Recommend For Depression?
January (and let’s be honest…winter in general) is a hard month for many.
Along with shorter days, colder weather, and social distancing, the winter months can bring a cloud of sadness or a fog of depression. Oftentimes we are at a loss for resources (and conversations) to understand depression.
So here are a few of our favorite resources related to depression. These resources may also include helpful information on trauma, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, mindfulness, anxiety, and the mind-body connection, all of which impact our mental health.
