A note from Jill —

There is no escaping the challenges each stage of life presents — from childhood to adulthood to aging. But the stories we tell about the challenges we face are powerful and can shape how we continue moving forward. I hope to empower my clients to become the hero of their own life story, no matter the circumstances. I partner with my clients to find solutions to challenging circumstances in a manner that validates feelings, identifies strengths, and promotes moving forward with wellness.
