Insurance 101

Insurance Details

We are considered an out-of-network provider with most insurance plans.* We do not take insurance, however, we can provide you with a Superbill for you to file with your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, if applicable.

We are able to take Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flex Spending Accounts (FSA). We can work with you to determine what will work best for you. Many of our providers can also offer a reduced rate based on financial need.

Contact our office for more information as well as fees for all our services.

Cigna/Evernorth

We now offer in-network counseling services through Cigna/Evernorth* because we understand that accessibility is an important factor when seeking services. We want to make counseling and therapy as accessible as possible for anyone who is seeking support.

Contact us for more information about coverage and your specific insurance plan.

*Lyzz Neal, Amanda Shyer, Ashley Dressel, Hannah Jordan, and Dr. Nicole Thaxton are in-network and accepting new clients with Cigna/Evernorth. Contact our office to request an appointment and include in your message that you wish to use your Cigna/Evernorth benefits.

As a service to Cigna/Evernorth clients who would like to use their insurance benefits, we will contact your insurance company to find out what your coverage is. We will then inform you what will be covered by your insurance (if any) and what your out-of-pocket cost will be.

If applicable, you can pay your copays and deductible payments with an HSA or FSA account. This is an account that you, and possibly your employer, contribute pre-tax dollars to that are specifically intended for healthcare expenses. You can use an HSA or FSA account for both in-network and out-of-network providers.

We do not bill insurance for couples counseling.
