Why See a Professional for Your Wellness & Health?

We’re accepting new clients at Atlanta Wellness Collective!

Perhaps you’ve heard about us, but you’ve not visited our offices yet. Maybe you’ve never seen a counselor or therapist before. We are a local, family-owned mental health and wellness practice, and we absolutely love what we do. As licensed mental health and wellness providers, we also participate in our own personal development. We know how difficult it can be, and the bravery it takes, to ask for help! We believe in transparency, authenticity, and respect for all clients. We would love to meet with you and discuss a wellness plan that works for your lifestyle, budget, and goals.

When you schedule an appointment, whether it’s in person at our offices or via virtual telehealth, you’re meeting with a licensed provider. We’d love to share more about why this matters. Why meet with a licensed professional?

Expert Care From Licensed Professionals

At Atlanta Wellness Collective our providers are licensed, clinically trained, educated, and board certified to give you a more effective experience than you would experience with a non-licensed provider. For example, licensed providers are held accountable to high ethical and legal standards set by the State of Georgia, bodies like the American Counseling Association (ACA), and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).

Our mental health and psychiatric providers have completed a masters or doctorate degree program, licensing exams, a year of clinical internship experience under direction, and additional years of supervised post-master’s clinical experience. Licensed mental health professionals are certified to diagnose and treat mental health issues, and we are required to obtain continuing education every year in order to main our license and board certification.
